Internal Customer Satisfaction

HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. is a company that can satisfy all of its executives and employees called internal customers. We are trying to
a company to respect the value of diversity and engagement and to continuously derive strengths and improvements in
organizational culture, we conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys. In addition, various activities such as improving
the working environment, safety and health education, and risk assessment are carried out for a safe working
environment in the workplace.

HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. has no irregular workers. After a probationary period after joining the company, all employees become
full-time employees and have no concerns about job insecurity, are guaranteed retirement age, and the work-learning parallelism
system is established, so there is no high stress on work-related education from the learning teacher.

HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. has a variety, but nothing special. Although there are various situations such as housewives, industrial
functionaries, disabled people, women, men, and religion, we understand and respect each other’s diversity without being
discriminated against due to their learning and understanding through education such as awareness improvement, sports competitions,
workshops, and volunteer activities.

Based on these efforts, HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. has received very high scores in its annual employee satisfaction survey.

Safety and health

HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. provides monthly education on industrial safety and health along with education on sexual harassment
prevention, personal information protection, and education on improving awareness of the disabled for safety management
of workplace safety. We also strive to establish a safe working environment by conducting a risk assessment every year.

HYUNSEOTECH Co., Ltd. conducts health checkups for all its employees, provides a healthy diet at its cafeteria, and invites
outside instructors to conduct yoga exercises, monitoring infectious diseases, guiding prevention rules,
and payment of standing medicines every year for health care of its employees.
